"Who could ask for anything more?"
When we decided to sell our Haight Ashbury townhouse in San Francisco, the climate was very different that when we bought it. Gone were the days of multiple offers and having a list price exceeded by tens of thousands of dollars. Proximity Real Estate helped us prepare our home to be as attractive as possible and then prepared us for the inevitable waiting game.
With their guidance we didn't have to wait long (although at the time it seemed endless). But they knew the market, priced it right and advised us wisely. After three very well-attended open houses and numerous tours, the end result was our home sold a month after it was listed, for full market price, and no hassles. Who could ask for anything more?
